Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2013, at around 04:50 on October 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports to the effect that the Defendant would be fighting between husband and wife in the dwelling area located in Busan Jin-gu C Apartment 1, 205, Busan, and the circumstances where the D District Party was called, “whether or not the police officer would enter the dwelling space,” and (b) obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties for the maintenance of police order and investigation of the police officer by assaulting the E with his hand while visiting the dwelling space and listening to the circumstances of the report.
