1. The Defendant’s KRW 71,65,370 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 6% from September 2, 2014 to November 17, 2014, and the following.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a government-invested institution with the objective of power generation, transmission, transformation, and business related thereto. 2) The Gyeongnam Marine Science High School (hereinafter “instant school”) is a Do high school located in Do, 192-1, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-do, which is established and operated by the Defendant.
B. 1) The Plaintiff began to supply electricity to the instant school from December 20, 198 upon the Defendant’s application for the use of electricity. Since then, on January 5, 2005, the Plaintiff changed the electricity supply method from 220/380 V to the supply of electricity from 222.9 KV to the Defendant’s request for the extension of electricity, and newly installed the measurement device, and imposed an electricity charge calculated by checking the said measurement device. 2) The measurement device installed in the instant school is ① MOF (MOF) in the instant school: (i) the measurement device installed in the instant school: (ii) the MOB (TB) (TB) the measurement device is composed of electric power meters; and (iii) the electricity supply from the outside is comprised of TUB, TUB, TUF, and TUT in the order.
Each of the above equipment has P1, P2, P3 voltages and 1S, 2S, and 3S currents, and attached Form
1. As described in the drawings, each voltage and electric current person shall be connected with the same shotper with the same number;
The defendant shall supply electricity through three lines connected with the above number grix, the total amount of electricity shall be calculated by summing up three electric power units, and the amount of electricity (W1, W2, W3) of each good faith shall be calculated by multiplying the amount of electricity by the voltage, electricity and station rate.
3. However, on January 5, 2005, with a new measuring device installed in the instant school, the attached Form is attached thereto.
2. TB and electricity volume limits, such as drawings, are connected to the same number fractions, but the lines from the P2 fractions of MOF are mistakenly connected to the P3 fractions of TB, and the lines from the P3 fractions of MOF are erroneous in the P2 fractions of TB.
