A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated “D” on the first floor of the Incheon Southern-gu Cbuilding.

On March 1, 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily supplied electric wires to the boiler room, which directly used by the Defendant without passing through a measuring instrument by connecting electric wires to the common electricity room located on the second underground floor of the above building.

From the above date to May 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) supplied electricity to the private wells or operating equipment used by the Defendant without going through the measuring instruments by connecting electric wires with the said equipment; and (b) subsequently, (c) stolen the Defendant using electricity in the market price from the victim F.M., the head of the E-building management office, by using the said equipment.

Although the facts charged are indicated as KRW 130,908 Kwh, which is equivalent to KRW 12,736,983, the amount of electric consumption due to an act that is found guilty due to partial innocence is not specified, and there is no other way to specify differently.

Summary of Evidence

1. Statement of examination of witness F (a statement to the effect that the defendant does not ask where he/she connects electric wires, and that he/she does not open a board and inform him/her of the location of the main board that he/she would be engaged in electrical construction and inform him/her of the location of the main board that he/she would be engaged in electrical construction);

1. The prosecutor's office and the police interrogation protocol of the accused (a statement that the accused separates the rain or the measuring instruments around March 6, 2013, and the accused has a first-grade certificate of electrical engineer);

1. Documents to be submitted by the complainant and the photographic defendant shall be connected to electric wires without passing through the measuring instruments;
