1. Basic facts

A. Contract for construction works between the Korea Rural Community Corporation and the Defendant, the Korea Rural Community Corporation and the Defendant; 1) The Korea Rural Community Corporation and the Korea Regional Headquarters, the Korea Rural Community Corporation and the Defendant, respectively (hereinafter “project owner”).

However, the Defendant and the ordering person entered into a contract for construction works with the content of concluding a separate contract by the number of vehicles each year. Accordingly, between May 31, 201 and March 6, 2014, the Defendant and the ordering person entered into a contract for construction works for each number of vehicles four times during the period from May 31, 201 to March 6, 2014, on the grounds of design change, price fluctuation, etc., and the content thereof are as listed in the following table.

The contract date by classification shall be the number of different contracts.
