1. Around 12:00 on April 16, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet DC bulletin board stating that “The Defendant would send back a prior payment to the victim, who would receive contact from the victim C to wish to purchase the product.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send money even if he receives money from the victim as a prior payment.

Around 15:26 of the same day, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 430,000 won from the national bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant and acquired it by fraud.

2. Around 12:20 on April 21, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet website (G) bulletin board stating that “The Defendant would send a so-called so-called so-called so-called so-called “the sending of a so-called so-called so-called so-called so-called “the sending of a so-called so-called so-called “the sending of a so-called “M-1”)” to the victim under contact with the victim F to want to purchase from the victim F

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim as a prior payment, he/she did not have the intention or ability to send the spacker.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 525,00 won from the victim to the national bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day and acquired it by deception.

3. On April 23, 2012, around 12:24, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet website (I) bulletin board to the victim who received contact from the victim H that he/she would wish to purchase the H by sending the Hphone if he/she made a prior payment.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim as a prior payment, he/she did not have any intention or ability to send a hedge.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 880,000 won from the Defendant’s national bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant at around 13:37 of the same day.
