Nevertheless, around June 8, 2018, the Defendant visited the D's community service center located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and resided abroad on February 14, 2017, and prepared a transfer report stating that E's present domicile is "Seoul Jongno-gu Building 402" and submitted it to the public official in charge of name in charge of resident service in the D's community service center, thereby filing a false report on the resident registration.
