Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report or apply any false fact with respect to a resident registration or resident registration certificate.

On September 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the residents’ center located in Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu, B; (b) obtained a loan from the Saemaul Treasury, and (c) filed a false report on the transfer of resident registration with the public official in charge, even though he/she was residing in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, 203 Dong 607, the Defendant filed a false report on the transfer of resident registration with the public official in charge, even though he/she was residing in 203 Dong 607
