Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report or apply any false fact with respect to a resident registration or resident registration certificate.

Nevertheless, on February 4, 2015, the Defendant filed a false report on the resident registration with the head of the Dong, stating the false fact in the column of the new location of E apartment house (former location, the appearance of the country) although he/she resided in the Dong office located in Ansan-si D's 102 Dong 1106 at Ansan-si, and filed a false report on the resident registration with the head of Dong.
