A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 06:40 on January 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) operated an occupational BSbane car at the fourth-lane distance of the city located in the territory of the Incheon Michuholdo, Incheon, on a four-lane basis; (b) was negligent in disregarding and proceeding the stop signal of the vehicle at the seat of the Gu Cschool in turn to the left at the seat of the Gu Cschool; (c) the front part of the victim D(63 years of age) driving E, which was driven at the same shooting distance from the Gu-dong seat according to the speed signal of the vehicle at the time, was shocked into the left part of the said car; and continuously, from the opposite road to the same road, the front part of the victim FF (33 years of age) driving that was driven from the same shooting distance to the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and inflicted injury on the victim H (the 62 years old), who was aboard the said rocketing taxi, such as clocks and tensions that require treatment for about two weeks, and sustained injury to the victim I (the 63 years old) who was aboard the said rocketing taxi, such as clocks of the bones, which require treatment for about four weeks, and escaped without providing relief to the victims and taking necessary measures, such as removing fugitives.
At around 10:40 on April 5, 2019, the Defendant driven a Jasatat 2.0 car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Namcheon Tax Office located in 548, Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, to the front side of the 77,000-distance 77,000-distance.
