A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is also a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in CCo.

On June 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.124% in blood around 03:15, while driving the said car, and continued the four-lane road in front of the death distance of a large-scale death in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul, along the direction of the Gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.

The Defendant: (a) driven the said car while driving the said car on the left-hand side of the victim D(58) drive the said car under the influence of drinking, such as a string distance, and driving the said car on the left-hand side of the said car; (b) caused the said car to the front-hand side of the said car; and (c) owing to the shock, the said car was sealed into the left-hand side of the said car at the front-hand side of the said car; and (d) caused the victim F(53 years old), a stop on the left-hand side of the said car at the front-hand side of the said car to turn to the right-hand left-hand side of the car at the right-hand side of the car at the front-hand side of the said car; and (d) caused the victim D’s injury, such as having no two common conditions open to the left-hand side of the said car during the said 2 week; and (e) caused the victim’s injury to the said car and the victim’s injury during the said 2 week.

As a result, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing injury to the victims.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven a car in the column as described in paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.124% from the 5km section from a place where it is impossible to know about the time limit set forth in paragraph (1) to the place set forth in paragraph (1) 1.
