Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a fixed-term worker who has entered into a labor contract with the National Agricultural Cooperative of Thailand I from 2013 to Haman on September 2016, 2016, and has been in charge of the order of supply, inventory management, etc. of livestock products from MatK to Mat K during the middle of May 2017. Defendant B is a fixed-term worker who entered into a labor contract with the National Agricultural Cooperative of Thailand and has been in charge of the order of supply, inventory management, etc. of livestock products from September 4, 2013 to May 2017. Defendant B is a person who has been in charge of the order of supply, inventory management, etc. of livestock products as a part of the aforementioned livestock products supply business owner from Mat K to Mat. Defendant B is a long-term worker who entered into a labor contract with the National Agricultural Cooperative of Thai City and has been in charge of the above livestock products supply business owner, Defendant C is a representative of the aforementioned livestock products supply business owner.
1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. On June 2014, the Defendants conspired to the effect that “the supply contract is sustained, and the order items or quantities are increased,” from LFF LM L’s operating division in the MMJ room, the Defendants received KRW 1,200,000 in return for the payment for it, and Defendant B received KRW 500,000 in return for the payment for it, and Defendant B received KRW 7,200,000 in total on six occasions in return for the illegal solicitation related to the supply of livestock products as stated in paragraphs 1 through 6 of the attached list of crimes, until September 2015.
B. On January 2016, the Defendants conspired to the effect that “the supply contract is sustained, and the order items or quantities are increased,” from D, the representative of the O which is the owner of the money in Emart Jic office, shall receive 2,000,000 won in cash in return for the contract.”
