Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the director of the "C Child Care Center" located in Ansan-si B.

1. Expenses for improvement of treatment and working conditions related to the crimes related to allowances of infant care teachers D are local government subsidies that are paid directly to infant care teachers who take exclusive charge of infant care at child care centers for at least 15 days a month, and special allowances for work, rural community service, and welfare expenses are local government subsidies that are paid to infant care teachers actually working at infant care institutions;

Since September 27, 2017, D, a child care teacher, did not work at the above child care center for about two months after receiving the injury, such as inhuman fever, etc. from around September 27, 2017, but the Defendant and D applied for the allowance for infant care teacher with D’s shares in the accounts of the NH Bank (E) under the name of D, by pretending that D was working normally in the above child care center, as if D had been working normally in the above child care center, after receiving the allowance for infant care teacher, the said allowance was used for medical expenses, etc., and D intended to return infant care teacher’s benefits from the Defendant to the Defendant in cash.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) on October 2017, 2017, when he did not work at the “C Child Care Center” as of October 1, 2017; (b) even if D did not work at the said “C Child Care Center,” and (c) applied for a false teacher’s allowance after registering D as an infant care teacher working on the day preceding the day he/she had worked in Ansan viewing; and (c) received KRW 50,000 as a special duty allowance from the Plaintiff’s account to the Nonghyup Bank as of October 25, 2017; and (d) received a total of 120,000 won of subsidies on 12 occasions as indicated in the attached Table 1 of Criminal Day.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with D and received subsidies by fraud or other improper means.

2. In principle, a teacher in charge of a crime related to the allowance of assistant F shall work full-time from 09:00 to 18:00, and only a teacher in charge registered with a competent authority may be paid a teacher's allowance (working environment improvement expenses, improvement of treatment expenses, and research activities expenses).
