Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On December 2009, the Defendants forged private documents, at the Defendant’s residence located in the FF of the Chungcheongbuk-gun, and at the bottom of the rules of a clan and the minutes of a clan to be used for arbitrarily transferring the real estate under the name of the Defendant A, the members of the above clan G, H, I, and J prepared the name and address of the clan members, H, I, and J, and affixed the seals of the members of the clan, H, I, and J, which were accepted in advance under the pretext of using it for the general duties of the clan in their name and side.

Accordingly, the defendants forged the rules of clans in the name of G, H, I, and J and one copy of clan minutes for the purpose of exercising certificates of fact in collusion.

B. On December 15, 2009, the Defendants conspired to deliver the forged clan rules and minutes of clans as described in paragraph (1) to employees of the Cheongju District Court, Young-dong, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, the Dong-dong, which is in charge of calculating the Dong-dong, as if they were duly formed documents.

C. On April 6, 2011, the Defendants forged private documents at the places indicated in paragraph 1(a) of the 1-A, prepared the name and address of G, J’s name and telephone number on the list of members of the clan meeting members for the purpose of arbitrarily opening the passbook in the name of the clan, and affixed the seal of G and J’s name in advance, which was created without permission of the said clan G and J.

As a result, the Defendants forged the minutes of the clan in the name of G and J, which is a private document related to the fact-finding for the purpose of uttering.

On April 6, 2011, the Defendants conspired to deliver the forged clan minutes as described in paragraph 1(c) to the employees of the Agricultural Cooperative, who are not aware of the forgery, as if they were the document duly formed.

E. The Defendants who forged private documents are clans at the places indicated in paragraph 1(a) around April 26, 201.
