Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents on the minutes of a clan dated August 30, 2010 and uttering of falsified documents;

A. On August 30, 2010, the Defendant forged private documents, using the computer at the Defendant’s home located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, and prepared the minutes of the minutes in advance. The content of the minutes is about the change of the clan address, name, and representative. However, the false statement is made to D, E, F, and G that “if the funds for the clan remain at least 60 million won, they shall be confirmed,” and it shall be stated D, E, and it shall be stated in the list of the participants in the minutes in question as “D, Daegu-gu, E, and Seo-gu,” respectively. D, and E shall affix their seals affixed to the above list of participants in the minutes, and F shall enter F in the list of participants in the list of participants in the minutes as “J, Chungcheongnam-gu, Daegu-gu, and Chungcheongnam-gu, Daegu-gu, and 705, respectively.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the class C minutes in the name of D, E, J and L, which are private documents related to rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1), submitted a forged Category C minutes to the employees of the above office who knew of the circumstances, and exercised them as if they were genuine.

2. Forgery of private documents concerning the minutes of a clan dated September 12, 2010 and uttering of falsified documents;

A. On September 12, 2010, the Defendant forged a private document, using a computer from the Defendant’s house located in the Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, and prepared the minutes of the minutes in advance, and the facts are as follows: (a) the content of the minutes is about the election of officers and other agenda items under the clan Regulations; (b) the false statement is made to D, E, F, and P, stating that “The amount of a paper fund remains at least 60 million won, and there is a change in its confirmation; and (c) thereby, D, E, “D, Daegu H”, and Seogu-gu I, respectively, in the list of participants.
