The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. A thief, at around 11:30 on January 29, 2013, theft: (a) by means of cutting off a new credit card, one national physical check, and one wall containing one national physical check, which was contained in the victim D(40 years of age) at the C clothes event site located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City;

2. Points on fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

(a) At around 13:16 on the same day, at the E store at the place specified in paragraph (1), a new credit card company that stolen as stated in paragraph (1) conducts the settlement of the price of goods at KRW 239,000, while settling the price of goods to employees at the E store, thereby acquiring financial gains equivalent to the same amount, and wrongfully using the stolen credit card;

(b) acquire economic benefits equivalent to the same amount by allowing the said new credit card to settle the food price of KRW 2,900 in the Frane store at around 13:30 on the same day by paying the above new credit card at the Frane store, and use the stolen and stolen new credit card unlawfully;

(c)in settling 5,00 won of food costs at G restaurant at around 14:06 on the same day by allowing the said new credit card to settle the above new credit card in the above manner, acquire the same amount of financial gains, and unlawfully using the stolen new credit card;

(d) At around 14:37 the same day, while settling 15,000 won of photographic value at I’s photographic note located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, it obtains economic benefits equivalent to the same amount by allowing the stolen national check to pay as if it had been properly used by himself/herself as if he/she had a legitimate right, and uses the stolen national physical check card unlawfully;

E. At around 14:39 on the same day, the J, while settling 22,300 won of the goods, obtained the same amount of financial gains by requiring the above-mentioned method to settle the national physical fitness card and used the stolen amount of the above national physical fitness card unlawfully.
