1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he handled psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophones”) as follows:

1. (2) On January 1, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones into one-time injection machine at the Defendant’s residence, and dilution with raw water, and injected them on the left side.

3. (1) On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid 300,000 won of a phiphone purchase price to G in the street near the F hotel; and (b) purchased 0.3g of a philophone contained in a disposable clophone.

(2) On January 2015, the Defendant administered a medication by inserting approximately 0.1g of philopon into a one-time injection machine at the Defendant’s residence, and dilutioning the growth water, at the left side of the vessel.

4. (1) On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 300,000 of the purchase price of philopon to G in the street near the F hotel; and (b) purchased 0.3g of philopon contained in the disposable injection machine.

(2) On January 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence, and dilution with bio-diling, and injected them into the arms.

5. (1) On February 8, 2015, the Defendant paid 50,000 won of the purchase price of philopon to G in the street around the above F hotel, and 0.0.0.0.0.
