Defendant
A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and eight months.
However, as to Defendant A, the same shall apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A (Defendant A and B) operated a H agricultural partnership from April 1, 2013 to May 18, 2015 by the Chungcheongbuk-si, a general waste treatment company for waste treatment, sewage treatment, wastewater treatment, excreta, etc., which is a waste in the Gun. Defendant B was the head of the said agricultural partnership from April 1, 2013 to May 18, 2015, and from October 20, 2015, Defendant A operated the said general waste treatment company I in the said G.

1. On April 2013, the Defendants conspired with the Defendants to commit the joint crime and put about about about 15 tons of wastes, such as livestock excreta slurry, etc. in the factory of the said corporation, at the above H farming association without undergoing waste treatment procedures, on the cargo vehicle, the Defendants left away from the cargo vehicle, thereby bringing about to the J transition field, and around that time, up to April 2015, up to 17 times in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table Nos. 1 through 6, 8, and 18, at a place or facility installed by the competent authorities for the collection of wastes.
2. Defendant B, around October 2015, posted approximately 120 tons of waste, which was partially carried out the process of making composts from the foregoing corporation I, to the cargo vehicle, and laid off approximately 120 tons of waste to the Ha and L field, from around that time to August 2016, Defendant B left five times in the same manner as indicated in [Attachment 19-23] No. 19-23 of the daily list of crimes committed by the competent authorities to collect waste.
