A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) pretended to purchase goods at “F” stores managed by the victim E in Seopopo-si, Seopo-si; (b) pretended to purchase the goods, the Defendant: (c) placed one point out of the above store, including “Ein B,” the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 68,000, and one point out of the store, including “Ein,” the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 98,000; and (d) stolen the property of the victim from “D” stores without concealing it in the Defendant’s name.

2. On December 7, 2015, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) pretended to purchase goods at H “H” stores managed by the victim G in the above D; (b) placed one point out of the above store, such as “wing-gu wing Stacker,” which is equivalent to the market price of KRW 89,000, and took them out of the store; and (c) cut off the victim’s property by d” store without hiding it inside the Defendant’s name without going through a calculation counter.

3. 피고인은 2015. 12. 14. 15:35 경 서귀포시 I에 있는 피해자 J가 관리하는 ‘K’ 매장에서, 물건을 구매하는 것처럼 가장하여 시가 합계 5,000원 상당인 ‘ 불가 리스’ 요구르트 4개, 시가 합계 3,000원 상당인 ‘ 햇반’ 2개, 시가 20,000원 상당인 상추 및 깻잎 1 묶음을 장바구니에 담아 위 매장 밖으로 가지고 나온 다음 이를 피고인의 상의 안에 숨긴 채 계산대를 거치지 않고 매장 밖으로 나옴으로써 피해자의 재물을 절취하였다.

4. On December 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) pretended to purchase goods at “F store” managed by the said victim E; (b) pretended to purchase goods; (c) took 2 points, such as “Trts 1 in mountain, etc., including “Trts,” the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 63,000; and (d) taken them out of the said store, and took them out of the said store, without going through the Defendant’s calculation stand, and then cut off the victim’s property.
