1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2015, the Defendant conspiredd to steal goods from Samsung Home Puster D along with C (Transfer of Juvenile Protection Case).

1. Around February 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on February 1, 2015, the Defendant: (b) at Samsung Home Puss D stores managed by the Victim F in Suwon, the Defendant: (c) around February 1, 2015; (d) around 45,00,000, the total market value of the amount of KRW 45,000 per one square meter managed by the said Victim was 25,000,000, and was placed in a bank; and (d) when passing through the calculation unit, only the items in the burine was returned to the Defendant; and (e) tobacco was left there.

In addition, C shall put in the bank the articles amounting to KRW 73,830,00 of the market price of 1 package 1 package 50,000 won, 1 package 3,230 won, 1 package 1 package 2,5,980 won, 1 package 3,980 won, 1 package 3,830 won, 1 package 3,830 won in the bank, and other articles are returned only to the articles in the burg where they pass through the calculation unit after being put in the burg, and the articles are left there.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with C, stolen the property managed by the above victim, which is equivalent to the total market value of KRW 298,830.

2. Around February 2, 2015, the Defendant was placed with C, and around February 18, 2015, at Samsung Home Plus D stores managed by the said victim, around 45,00 won, the Defendant returned only the goods located in the flusium if warning is given when they pass the flusium, and the goods stored in the flusium were left there.

And C shall carry 50,00 won high 1 factoring, 3,840 won 2, 10,680 won, 1,3,230 won.
