A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, and shall not gambling using such prohibited acts.

1. From September 27, 2014 to September 20, 2017, Defendant A connected to “E” (E) the Daegu Building, subparagraph D, and smartphones using the Internet private sports gambling site, and deposited game money by remitting the total amount of KRW 86,640,00 over 516 times, as shown in attached Table 2 of the Crimes List 2, to the G Bank account in the name of the LAF Bank (H), which is the deposit account for gambling money, and charged the game money. In a case where the amount of money exceeds the result of betting, it was carried out in the sports games such as a stable, spath, and spath, which are subject to the outcome of the sports competition, by means of losing the betting amount in a way of losing the betting amount if dividends are paid according to the predetermined dividend rate.

From October 12, 2014 to September 19, 2017, Defendant B visited “E,” a private sports gambling site using the Daegu Seo-gu Imthy J and smartphone, and deposited game money by remitting the total amount of KRW 171,250,000 in total over 496 times, as shown in attached Table 3, to the G bank account in the name of the LAF (H), which is the deposit account for gambling money, etc., as shown in attached Table 3, from around October 12, 2014 to around September 19, 2017. In the event that the Defendant received dividends in accordance with the pre-determined dividend rate, he/she carried out a private sports entertainment entertainment that depends on the results of the sports game.
