1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and four months;

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, and shall do so using such prohibited acts.

1. From September 27, 2014 to September 22, 2017, Defendant A connected “G” entertainment tavern located in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, with smartphones to “H (I, J, K, etc.)”, a private sports gambling site via the Internet, and the Defendant’s name bank account (Account Number L) in the name of the Defendant’s company bank account (Account Number L), which is a gambling fund deposit account, deposited KRW 1,101,720,00 in total over 1,194 as shown in attached Table 1, as shown in attached Table 1, and charged the game money, and charged the game money in total, for a total amount of KRW 1,194,00,000, such as a sports game, such as a stable, a scam, and a scambling game, in which the result of the betting is consistent with the pre-determined dividend rate.

From September 28, 2014 to September 22, 2017, Defendant B: (a) connected the former PP workplace; (b) connected the Internet private sports gambling site (H (I, J, K, etc.) using smartphones; and (c) transferred total of KRW 630,180,000 in total over 784 times, as shown in attached Table 3, from Qa Bank account (Account NumberO) in the name of the Defendant’s name, Qa Bank account, etc. in the name of the Plaintiff, to a bank account in the name of the Plaintiff, which is the gambling fund deposit account; and (d) charged with the game money in total, 630,180,000 won, such as a total of 784 times as shown in attached Table 3, such as the betting day of the sports game, such as a axis, a catus, and a catus, if the result is carried out by betting, and paid dividends in accordance with the pre-determined dividend rate.
