Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity, shall gambling by using an act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win up the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar.

On October 1, 2014, the Defendant accessed the private sports soil site C site at Defendant’s house, which was located in B, 105 Dong Dong 502, and deposited KRW 200,50,00 in the D’s bank account designated by the said site operator as the account for deposit of gambling money, and deposited the corresponding game money, and deposited the amount at the said site in the form of sports games, such as camping implements and so on, and collected dividends equivalent to the dividend rate, if he/she gets paid and gets paid, he/she did so in the manner of losing the betting amount. From around that time, the Defendant deposited KRW 235,77,325 to March 22, 2015.
