Defendant
A is the chief of management of Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) and Defendant B is the chief of management of Defendant Co., Ltd., and Defendant Co., Ltd is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing consignment.
1. Defendants A and B conspired to indicate the country of origin as a domestic product even though they purchased middle-generation rice and the mixture of US and Australia were manufactured by mixing it with it, Defendant A and B conspired to indicate the country of origin as a domestic product. The Defendant’s factory located in Yong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from March 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014, manufactured “G” as a domestic rice, but produced the “G” with a false labeling of 100% of the market price’s total of 86,454,90,00 won by attaching labels with “G” of 123,507 diseaseed in total, 61,754 liter and sold them to H and I, and then sold them with “10% of the total domestic price of Australia 250,971,975 liter and 250% of the total domestic price of Australia, 250% of the total domestic price of Australia, 2014.
2. The Defendant Company, at the date and place specified in paragraph (1), and at the place, A, an employee of the Defendant Company, and B, indicated the origin in a false manner in relation to the Defendant Company’s business.
