Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2019, from around 19:50 to 20:05 on the same day, the Defendants received the first seven pages using 52 cards from E located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and thereafter, they could be abandoned if the number of the same number 3 or the number of the same non-satisative pattern is more than three consecutive in the same number, and the person who first thrown away is the person, and the remaining person is the person who first takes the place, and a fine from KRW 1,00 to KRW 4,00 per time is imposed twice in total, by giving the passengers a fine from KRW 164,00 per time to KRW 4,00 in total.
