1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

2. Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide game products not classified for use, or engage in business such as exchanging tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products for money.

Defendant B provided game products that was not classified in the above game room from June 10, 2013 to June 17, 2013 to unspecified customers and exchanged the result obtained through the use of the game products by providing them to unspecified customers, Defendant B, etc., even though being aware of the fact that Defendant B had done an act of exchanging the result obtained through the use of the game products, thereby aiding and abetting Defendant A, etc.’s act by receiving 70,000 won per day, and making it easy to commit the crime.
