Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

K promise to deliver to the accused and F at the time of arrival of the mails in Pyeongtaek-si L on November 27, 2016, and around that time from D and the accused, “it is necessary to have a more military mail address.”
