A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Around April 8, 2020, the Defendant forced the victim F to take four times of “salving and standing” and forced the victim F to do an act without any obligation by forcing the victim F to do so, on the ground that the executive officer was later arrived than the Defendant, even though there was no disciplinary authority, such as iceing on other soldiers, etc., even though the victim F did not comply with the Defendant’s instructions, the Defendant forced the victim F to do so by threatening the victim F to “saling and standing.”
