A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

4. At around 20:00 on May 6, 2014, at the above location, the victim’s disease E is a volunteer in such a way as to enable the victim to take one clock by force.
