A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "C" with facilities, such as a camera installed with CCTV in approximately 90 square meters from B, shower room, a simple flooded room, a general marina room, a waiting room for female employees, and a warehouse.

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic, or receive money, valuables or other property benefits, and engage in sexual traffic in return for promising to do so.

Nevertheless, at around 15:00 on June 28, 2016, the Defendant recommended to engage in commercial sex acts, such as 130,000 won, 'A', 'A' through D, an employee of the said business, 'A', and 'A', 'A', 'A', i.e., sexual intercourses, i., e., all possible., 1.30,00 won, and received payment of 1.30,00 won for commercial sex acts. At least, the Defendant engaged in commercial sex acts of arranging commercial sex acts from June 16, 2016 to June 28, 2016, by allowing E who is an employee of the said business to engage in commercial sex acts.
