A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) removed a registration license plate of the Oratoba, which was loaded on the vehicle of the owner of the C-Sababa in the name-free shop at 125:0,000, and was attached to the C-Sababa owned by the Defendant at 125:0,000,000,000,000,000,00

2. On June 28, 2019, the Defendant exercised the air defense in which the registration number plate was affixed at approximately 2 km section from the front of the residence in Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, to the front of the E-high school located in the same Gun, as described in paragraph (1), from around 125:47 to the front of the E-high school located in the same Gun.

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

At around 10:47 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant, at the front intersection of the Ehigh School located in Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and at 125:0,000, 125,000,000,000,000.
