A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 15, 2013, the Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act, unlawful use of air defense, and unlawful use air defense events: (a) removed the number plate of Da large Do 125:0,000,00 from Da large Do 125:0,000, which was transferred by C for the purpose of exercising the right at Do Ba-si B of Kimhae-si; and (b) attached the registration number plate, which is the air unit of Obama, to the Da 125:0,000,000, which the Defendant uses, from that time until July 25, 2013; and (c) operated the Obama from that time to July 10:20, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant removed the seals of the registration number plate, which is the air gate used by public offices, and exercised it in a fraudulent way.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, at around 10:20 on July 25, 2013, the Defendant operated an unregistered forest CT-100 Obba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 10km section from the front of the Defendant’s dwelling in Kimhae-si B to the front of the High Division Museum located in the same Si-dong.
