[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, along with C and D, conspired the victim by sending promotional letters to the effect that “any investors may enjoy high profits”, including the telephone numbers of investors using the Internet private equity investment site, or by opening an account for the manager of Kakao-channels to publicize investment, and then inducing the victims to obtain the investment money by “the results of the Kao-channel game” and “the Kao-ray game can be predicted, and the Kao-ray rate is high, making an investment in the manner of hosting it on the Kao-Game game,” and “C shall set up and manage the Kao-ray site, which is the Gabbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbing site, and D shall take the role of managing the Gabbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbing site, and performing the outcome of the users.

A From the beginning of August 2019, from the 10th floor of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City G building (from October 2, 2019, from Seoul Gangnam-gu H building 1, from November 15, 2019 to November 2, 2019, the Seoul Songpa-gu J building K), and from several core chips received from C, opened a Kakao channel manager account of "L" and "M" using several core chips, misrepresenting the name of a well-known person; post a letter, such as cash, high-class, high-class, high-class, high-class, and high-class import vehicle photograph as a protogram; and induce victims by sending text messages to many and unspecified persons; informing the victims of the "E site"; and the anticipated winning games of the game.
