A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, by the Daejeon High Court on May 3, 2012. On December 26, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Forgery of private signature;

A. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was at the K District District of the Daegu Suwon Police Station located in the Daegu Suwon-gu J, Daegu-gu, and (b) was forced to prepare a voluntary movement written consent from the circumstances under the jurisdiction of the said district; (c) was placed in a separate trial case; (d) the Defendant went through as if the Defendant was the birth of the Defendant, signed “M” in the name column of the said written consent; and (e) forged M’s signature by signing the Defendant’s name on the name column of the said written consent.

B. On May 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Daegu Suwon Police Station located in 2460 as of the Daegu Suwon-gu L/Cll, the Defendant investigated the suspect regarding the instant intangible case to the assistant T belonging to the said police station; (b) signed the “M” in the statement column of the suspect interrogation protocol; and (c) forged M’s signature with the seal affixed thereon.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the signature of the other party for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. Events of the above investigation and signature;

A. The defendant 1-A

The signature of forged M was submitted to S who knew of the date and time stated in the paragraph, and the signature of forged M was used.

B. The defendant 1-B

A suspect interrogation protocol containing a forged M’s signature at the time and place stated in the paragraph, which was submitted to T not aware of the fact, and used the forged M’s signature.

3. Violation of the Resident Registration Act.

A. The defendant 1-A

To the S who asked personal information at the time and place stated in the paragraph, the M's resident registration number was recorded in a picture with the memory of M's resident registration number as the defendant's birth, and the M's resident registration number was stated.

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
