A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:00 on September 8, 2013, the Defendant embezzled “D” parking lots located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a gallon lusium 3 (HV-E210K) Handphones lost by the victim E and returning them to the victim.

2. On January 2, 2014, the Defendant, at around 16:00, embezzled the Defendant’s thought to have, without following necessary procedures, he/she acquired a gallon jusium 2HDE (SHV-E120S) handphones lost by the victim F, and returned it to the victim.

3. At around 01:00 on June 1, 2014, the Defendant embezzled the Defendant’s thought to have, without following necessary procedures such as acquiring a ggal lusium jusium (SHV-E330S) jusium (SHV-E30S), which the victim I lost, and returning to the victim.

4. On July 2014, the Defendant embezzled the victim’s Handphone (IM-A90S) on his/her own idea without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one Handphone from the victim L, and returning it to the victim.
