1. Defendant A and C are punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, Defendant B, I, and R, a fine of KRW 4 million, Defendant D, F, G, N, P and T are punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 2012, Defendant A embezzled six mobile phones, each of which victims lost on six occasions, as shown in attached Table 1, from the beginning of the first of November 2012, 2012, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one of the three mobile phones owned by the victim who damaged the victim caused by the fire in X bus X, and returning the victim, etc., on his/her own intent.

2. On May 2012, Defendant B embezzled, on his own initiative, Defendant B’s possession, without following necessary procedures such as acquiring a galglue jusular phone jusium owned by the victim who was damaged by a fire in the Y taxi, and returning it to the victim, on his own view, embezzled the galglus that he had, without following necessary procedures.

3. On December 9, 2012, Defendant C’s embezzlement of stolen objects that were occupied by Defendant C, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one galglusular phone flag owned by the victim who lost the victim and returning it to the victim, the Defendant embezzled that he/she had on his/her own thought, without following necessary procedures.

4. At around 23:00 on December 14, 2012, Defendant D’s theft: (a) in the Geumdong-dong market in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si; and (b) immediately after the victim’s Z left one cell phone of the victim’s cell phone in AAsi in the operation of Defendant, Defendant D’s cell phone was phoneed on several occasions; and (c) was stolen by inserting the aforementioned cell phone into the main machine in the Defendant’s name.

5. Defendant F’s theft: (a) around 09:30 on December 15, 2012, at the AC taxi working room in Sungnam-si AB; (b) at the AC taxi working room in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; and (c) at the gallon lusular phone owned by the victim by the gallon driver.
