A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. On October 14, 2016, the Defendant forged, without authority, one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of “Tgu Seo-gu,” “Tcheon-gu,” “Seocheon-gu,” “Seocheon-gu, 105,” “resident registration number,” “E,” “name,” “G” and “the name of another, who was in possession, affixed to F’s name and duties by sealing the personal seal on F’s name and right to the real estate lease agreement in the column for indicating the real estate lease agreement.

2. On October 14, 2016, the Defendant exercised the said investigation document by presenting the forged real estate lease agreement as security for the borrowed money at the singing room located in Daegu-gu H, Daegu-gu, and at the same time, the Defendant borrowed money from J and exercised it.

3.
