[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and one year of suspended execution for the acquisition of stolen goods at the Incheon District Court on October 7, 2015, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on the 15th of the same month.

1. On October 29, 2013, the Defendants were willing to forge a lease agreement on the land for the purpose of borrowing money from F in the office of “E” located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to prevent the default of household checks, and offering money to F as security.

A, around October 29, 2013, presents a forged real estate lease agreement, such as Paragraph 1, at the office of the victim located in the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, and offered a lease agreement to the victim for the E site as security for the total amount of KRW 30 million by combining the amount of KRW 18 million borrowed before the payment to the victim.
It was said that the deposit will be 125 million won, and it will be known to the public.
