1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. From May 12, 2012 to August 12, 2012, the Defendant decided to hold “the instant event” from May 12, 2012 to August 12, 2012 (hereinafter “instant event”).

On the other hand, for the instant event, the Committee on the 2012 Mineyang Preamble Organizing Committee (hereinafter “instant Organizing Committee”) was established.

B. On December 29, 2011, the Defendant is the Organizing Committee of the instant case, the MFC Art Center of the MFC (hereinafter referred to as “MFC Art Center”).

(C) Around April 2012, the Plaintiff was entrusted with the installation and lease of the instant event contents from MFC Art Center or its subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s presentation of the event event cost is paid to MF Art Center in accordance with the budget and management of subsidies and the Defendant’s relevant ordinances. The Defendant adjusted the payment of subsidies in accordance with the Act on the Budgeting of Subsidies and its relevant ordinances, and entered into a contract with MFC Art Center and the instant Organizing Committee’s distribution in accordance with the ratio of 7:3 after deducting the profits of MFC Art Center’s presentation of the event cost. Around April 2012, the Plaintiff was entrusted with the installation and lease of the instant event contents from the subcontractor’s subcontractor’s or sub-subcontract’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s subcontractor’s software.

2. On April 12, 2012, the Plaintiff’s assertion: (a) established forest welfare and recreation experience centers in the instant event site (hereinafter “forest center”) and the existence of a corporate unit (hereinafter “corporate hall”) in accordance with the direction of the relevant organizing committee; and (b) installed and leased air conditioners, etc. inside the instant event site (hereinafter “instant work”); and (c) was the initial stock company.
