Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On December 29, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an agency contract for the 2012 Mineyang Spanish Spanish implementation and the Mineyang-si and Mineyang Spanish Spanish implementation committee (hereinafter “Organizing Committee”) entered into a contract with the Plaintiff on December 29, 201 to exercise overall duties on behalf of the Plaintiff on behalf of the Plaintiff.

Article 5 (Roles's Roles, Duties, etc.) (1) A (Mayang-si) shall provide active administrative and financial support, such as multi-dimensional public relations strategies, measures to revitalize the regional economy, measures to attract tourists, measures to ensure the smooth progress and success of events, and the formulation of measures to operate volunteers.
(2) A shall assist B (Organizing Committee) with a total of four billion won, including value-added tax, as an event cost.
If the budget amount is added after this contract, it shall be finalized.
