Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business affairs from around 09:00 on March 30, 2015 to around 09:30 on the same day, in the “D” operated by the victim C, which was located in Sinpo City B, on the ground that the victim demanded the payment of the credit value and the victim demanded the payment of the credit value, and thereby obstructing the victim’s multiple types of business affairs by abusing the disturbance, such as: (a) stating the victim’s desire to “Yna-gu, Ballow, Cals, Cals, and Bals.”

2. Interference with business on April 1, 2015;

A. On April 1, 2015, from around 12:30 to 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s multiple business operations by force by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) the victim expressed the victim’s desire to refuse a request for delivery of coffee; (b) the victim expressed the victim’s desire to “Yana-gu, Galan, Calin, Calin, and Balin,” and thereby obstructing the victim’s multiple business operations.

B. On April 1, 2015, from around 14:30 to 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s multiple business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) the victim urged payment of coffee values in favor of another person; (b) the victim expressed the victim’s desire to “this spawn and the goods are placed in the same year as B. B.”
