A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 28, 2015, the Defendant forced indecent act: (a) around 00:30 on April 28, 2015, the victim H (34 years of age), and the victim’s following the Defendant, who was playing together with I, had been going to singing in the “G” line on the day in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu D (E), and the 7th floor “F,” were forced to put the victim kid on two occasions, notwithstanding the victim’s provisions.

The Defendant continued to move the place with the victim and the above I to the "K" main point in the neighboring J on the same day, and made a statement to I, such as "I I I I am at the above location," and the maximum victim am at the above main point and the above "E" around 03:50, and unilaterally moved the victim to the above taxi in order to return to Korea with the victim's house located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with the victim's house located in the above cab, and forced him to leave the said taxi two times.

At around 03:59 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) landed the victim in the above MM taxi to return to the said “E”; (b) boarded the P taxi in around 04:30 around the same manner; (c) boarded the said taxi in the same manner; and (d) boarded the victim’s chest in the above MM taxi until he arrives into the said “E” at around 04:50 on the same day; and (d) forced the victim to take one time in the above MM taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on three occasions.

2. From April 28, 2015 to 00:30 to 04:50, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on three occasions, such as Paragraph 1, in the singing room in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu D’s “E” and in the neighboring taxi.

However, on June 8, 2015, for the purpose of having H receive criminal punishment from the public prosecutor's office of Seoul Northern District Public Prosecutor's Office located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Dobong-gu Seoul District Public Prosecutor's Office, 747, the Defendant punished the Defendant by filing a false report to the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office as an indecent act.
