Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a neighbor who was living in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the victim D (n, 18 years of age) and his mother E (n, 37 years of age) reside in the above Ba F, and a neighbor who was living in the same friendly with the Defendant.
1.
