Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On November 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court on August 25, 2015, and completed the enforcement of the sentence on August 25, 2015, and four times of the same punishment records.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On December 16, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen at around 03:30 on December 16, 2015, after approaching “D” located in Busan Eastdong-gu C, the victim E, who is the customer, approaching the gap in which the victim E was temporarily locked, and then leaving 200,000 won in cash on the part of the victim located therein.

In addition, from November 2015 to March 15, 2016, the Defendant habitually stolen property equivalent to KRW 1,184,000 in total 14 times in the following methods, such as the list of crimes, from around Busan to around March 15, 2016, and attempted to steals property on a total of two occasions.
2. Fraud;
A. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay 12,000 won for usage fees, even though he/she used a computer located in the F, which was operated by the victim H in F, which was operated by the F, P, Busan, for the first time, around January 2016.
B. On January 2016, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay KRW 14,000 for the use fee, even though he/she used a computer located therein, operated by the “I” operated by the victim H in the Geum-gu Busan Fri-gu, Busan, as if he/she would pay for the use fee.

On January 2016, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay 14,000 won, even though he/she used a computer located there, which was operated by the victim H in the Geum-gu, Busan, Franman as if he/she would pay for the use money, and by failing to pay 14,000 won.
