[2017 Highest 1037] The Defendant, on September 14, 2015, failed to pay the user fee, etc. in the CPC room located in Busan East-gu, Busan-do, Busan-do, without any justifiable reason, and took a ceremony without delay.

[2017 Highest 1040] From around 07:42 to around 21:42 on August 31, 2015, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 13,000 by means of 13 hours in spite of the lack of intent and ability to pay the price on the 51 unit of “Epic room” located in Fri-gu Busan Metropolitan City from around 07:42 to around 21:42.
