1. The defendant is based on the sale on May 20, 1995 with respect to 33/236 shares out of 94m2 in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, Seoul.

1. On May 20, 1995, the mother of the Plaintiff claiming the indication of the claim purchased 132 square meters (40 square meters) from the Defendant from the Defendant, Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, Seoul.

D died on February 5, 2007, and the plaintiff succeeded to the right to claim the transfer registration of ownership of the above real estate from D.

Therefore, the Plaintiff, the heir of the network D, seeking against the Defendant the implementation of the procedure for ownership transfer registration on May 20, 1995 with respect to the share of 33/236 square meters (132 square meters converted into shares) among the share of 94 square meters in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, Seoul.
