1. The plaintiff's main claim is dismissed.

2. The defendant on February 1995, with respect to 33 square meters in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-do.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. 1) The Defendant’s father D is the Plaintiff’s father 3m2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

Around June 1985, the Plaintiff, on February 15, 1995, prepared a letter (No. 2) stating that “The Defendant promised to transfer the instant land by consultation with the birth parents until June 30, 1995,” and the Plaintiff, on the same day, promised to “the Defendant to complete the road and ditches of the instant land at the same time as the transfer thereof, with the completion of the said road and ditches” (No. 1; hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant letter”).

3) In addition to the instant land, the Plaintiff is entitled to 184m2, Jeonnam-gun E, Jeonnam-do, the neighboring Plaintiff owned (hereinafter “E land”).

(F) 310 square meters prior to F (hereinafter “F land”).

(A) The State-owned land is 57 square meters prior to G (hereinafter “G land”).

3) A house to be residing with the family on the ground (hereinafter “instant house”)

4) After newly building the instant house, the Plaintiff newly constructed a temporary building on the ground of 23 square meters in 55 square meters (hereinafter “H land”), which is a State-owned land, as a land adjoining to the same side of F-owned land. Of H land, the remainder of H land is owned by the owner of 473 square meters prior to I, and the Defendant owns 77 square meters in JJ.

5) On August 1, 2014, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer based on inheritance by consultation and division on June 9, 1985 with respect to the instant land on August 1, 2014. 6) The instant land, including the instant land, as well as the approximate location and current status of the surrounding land located in Ki-do, Gyeong-do, Jeonnam-do, and whether the instant land constitutes State-owned or public-owned land, are as indicated in the cadastral map (
