A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 7, 2013, the Defendant submitted a written complaint to the public service center of the Sejong District Police Station located in Sejong District District Office, stating that “A’s identification card and personal seal impression are stolen and forged the document to establish a collateral security contract using it by the complainant, and then, on June 24, 2008, the Defendant issued a written complaint to the same effect as at the time of investigation on February 21, 2013.”

However, the defendant-friendly job offering C extended a prefabricated house into the second floor of the house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, which was owned by the defendant, and tried to look at the prefabricated house, and was requested by the above C to guarantee the property right regarding the 40 million won paid as above, the defendant set up the right to collateral security on the house above the defendant. Accordingly, the defendant prepared the written contract for establishing the right to collateral security with the maximum debt amount of 40 million won on his own hand.

Nevertheless, the defendant, who wishes to cancel the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage established in the above C, and who stolen the seal imprint, etc. as above, thereby forging the written mortgage contract.

Accordingly, the Defendant submitted a complaint stating false facts to C for the purpose of having the above C punished punishment.
