1. The reasoning for this court’s explanation is as follows: (a) the “1. Basic Facts” and “2. A, B, C, D, F, and G” of the judgment of the first instance except that the date of the first instance court’s pronouncement “the date of the judgment of the first instance court” is deemed to be “the date of the judgment of the first instance court”; and (b) therefore, the same shall be cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims are accepted within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed due to reasons. The judgment of the court of first instance is justified with this conclusion, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
