On April 23, 2020, the Defendant, at around 09:20 on April 23, 2020, assaulted the driver of a motor vehicle in operation, intending to see the upper part of the auxiliary seat and to see the victim’s hand on his hand, who is driving in the vicinity of the Songpa-gu Seoul National Police Hospital (71 years of age) by the victim B (the 71-year-old) who is driving in the vicinity of the National Police Hospital of Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, for a specific destination.
