around May 24, 2013, the Defendant called “D” office operated by the Defendant in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the victim E, and called “D” office that “on the grounds that there is no benefit to be paid to the company employees, and the money is required to be paid after two months,” and “on June 10, 2013, the Defendant called to the victim to “on the other hand, the employees need to pay money, and he shall pay the money after three months, if he/she lends money,” and “on the other hand, he/she shall subscribe to the surety insurance policy” around June 28, 2013, and “on the other hand, he/she shall pay money.”

On November 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) concluded an insurance product contract with a large amount of commission on behalf of the main agents or insurance solicitors; and (b) concluded an insurance contract with F to receive fees from the victim by instead of paying insurance premiums for a certain period of time; and (c) paid eight-minutes insurance premiums for the victim company as he/she continues to maintain the insurance contract; and (d) paid eight-minutes insurance premiums on behalf of the victim and received 1,548,170 won from the victim around that time as he/she received fees from the victim.
